  • Payment information: Bank details, transaction records.

  • Emergency/medical information: Allergies, health conditions, accessibility needs.

  • Media: Photos, videos, recordings, and quotes (with consent).

  • Other administrative data necessary for choir management.

  • Administer choir membership and payments.

  • Communicate about rehearsals, events and performances.
